Developer Mode .pbip - Unable to open document - Unsupported Measure name

Please try to rename the measure then try to open .pbip file again.

I will not rename the measure, as it is perfectly working in .pbix and in the service and is in production for many reports!
So, it is a bug in fabric and has to befixed.
DataEngineerAT I got the same error. Seems to be a bug. I have explained the reason and workaround here:
