Determining the Ideal Capacity for Microsoft Fabric: Best Practices and Accurate Calculation Methods

Hello, community 😀,

What are the best practices for determining the ideal capacity when contracting Microsoft Fabric? Is there a reliable method to calculate this accurately? I would like to simulate my current environment to see if I can reduce or if I need to increase the capacity level.
