Detecting Relationships between tables
Please post a picture of the amount of distinct rows that you have in the two columns that you are trying to combine.
You should be able to find it in the bottom left of PBI Desktop when you highlight a column in dataview.

Both of your tables comtain duplicate values, which is why the relationship isn't working. You can try changing the relationship from many to one -> many to many. Im not sure how well MS PowerBI handles many to many relationships but its worth a try.
The reason that this works in qlik is because theres working many to many relationships there.- Bakhtawar7 years agoPost Patron
