Detected type mismatch - how to fix

I'm triggering a Detected type mismatch below 

Question is this error in my excel source document? 

And are the applied steps below as a result of this Detected type mismatch  occuring?

Yes, the error is always on the source, check if a numerical column has some cells with text, or if date columns contain non-date values. If you check the next step (Added Index) you can easily identify in which rows the error exists and in which column.
