Update:
I downgraded the PBI version from Sep 2023 to July 2023.
Ran the tests - I can load 2 rows of the table now using parameters and apply those changes to the data model. And the refresh on the PBI service completed successfully. (With the Sep 2023 version, this wasn’t the case).
However, while loading the entire table at once, I am still facing the same error. (I have also tried out CommandTimeout in the m-query with 30 mins and 50 mins duration).
