Hi all,
I've been using BI for a few months now but I don't have an IT background, and this is my first post, so please excuse me if I'm not using the perfect terminology.
I have this calculated column in my desktop version of a report:
The table is from a SharePoint list which I merged with an SQL database table.
When I publish this to the online service, it seems to work. When I publish to service and manually click refresh on the sematic model, it also seems to work. When I schedule a refresh on the service, the column either immidiately stops working as soon as I click 'apply', or it continues to wrok until the first auto refresh.
I have tried re-publishing, deleting and then publishing again, saving a new copy on my desktop then publishing, saving a new copy on my desktop to a new location and then publishing, and it keeps happening.
I am not getting an error, I am getting zeroes where there should be numbers 2-5 (screenshot from online version of semantic model from the same table):
Something to note: I have a different table with a different calculated column, also an if statement, and that one works just fine. It seems to be just this specific calculated column not working.
Does anyone have any ideas about why this is happening or how I could fix it? Thank you!
Hi @HRB757 ,
Can you manually refresh it once and then check the refresh history, does it show completed or is there an error? If there are errors please let me know the details.
From the screenshot, it looks like your data is not fully displayed, please export the data and then compare.
Best Regards,
Neeko Tang

The refresh history shows completed with no error. The only difference in the data is the column thatI shared a screenshot of and the other calculated columns that reference that CI score column.
Thank you for the suggestions and sorry for my delay in response.
