Since receiving the latest update, my coworker and I are having a LOT of slowness in our desktop versions. It is taking 30+ minutes to open reports and our auto refreshes in the online version are failing due to a timeout. (I know it's not timing out on our database side as they have to timeout limit set.) Is anyone else having this issue and have you found any solution? Thanks!

@Nathaniel_C I don't think this is our issue. I'm not getting the same error and we've been experiencing this for a couple of weeks now. What we are seeing if our scheduled refreshes timeout, our reports on the desktop version take 30 minutes to open, and our reports on the desktop version take 3 hours to refresh when they used to only take 30 minutes. If it helps, it happened when we switched to the Sept 2019 version. We haven't yet upgraded to the Oct 2019 version. I'm almost scared to because I don't want it to be any slower.
