Desktop PBIX Feezes

I've got a single PBIX file that randomly seems to freeze and killing it with task manager is the only option. Other PBIX file aren't freezing even if they are open at the same time as the problem file.

I've cleaned up my data soures by removing unused ones. I've tried running the file on both my C: drive and OneDrive and have the same problem. The debug.log file shows this

[0416/091754.665:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)
[0416/165842.206:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)
[0420/112529.196:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)

Version: 2.79.5768.721 64-bit (March 2020)

Anyone seen this before or have any advice?

Thanks in advance.

Andrew

I did have a search through and couldn't find anything related. Thanks for the tip on Pro licence and support. I didn't know that.

No problem, sorry. Those kinds of problems are nearly impossible to troubleshoot virtually but you can often get on a chat with a Microsoft support engineer and they will walk you through collecting diagnostic information and can often get things resolved.
