Community ChampionNo problem, sorry. Those kinds of problems are nearly impossible to troubleshoot virtually but you can often get on a chat with a Microsoft support engineer and they will walk you through collecting diagnostic information and can often get things resolved.
No worries at all.
I've just opened a ticket and sent the diag file to them to see what they can find.
