Advocate IIDesktop Options greyed out settings
I wanted to turn on these 2 settings in power BI desktop which I downloaded from the APP store as explained by Greg_Deckler is the best option since it offers automatic updates and is 64 bit. "Learn Power BI" (excellent book btw very easy to read and understand).
But they are greyed out, any feedback on this?

Which one approache you are trying to get Power BI Desktop?
- Install as an app from the Microsoft Store.
- Download directly as an executable and install on your computer.
If you get Power BI Desktop from Microsoft Store, the version will always be the latest one. So the option "Display update notifications for Power BI Desktop" grey out.
Update Notofication check box is disabledDownload and Install Power BI Desktop from Microsoft Store
The option is grey out
And if you download the installation package from this link with the latest version, the option "Display update notifications for Power BI Desktop" is available...
