Desktop MS Project connection to Power BI

Is there any update regarding the Project data or MPP file connection from Sharepoint to PowerBI until May 2024 ?

Hi @Matan_bro ,

It is not supported to connect Microsoft Project into Power BI Desktop directly. Maybe you could try to export the mpp files to Excel sheets with mpp viewer and then import them into Power BI.

There is an idea that you could vote up to get the feature fixed quickly.

Add a connector for MS Project MPP files
