Desktop Incremental Refresh
Is it possible to set up incremental refresh for the "Desktop" model. My desktop model has very large data and whenever i want to develop the model i refresh to get the latest data. The refresh takes 1 hour to reload all the data, so any time i have to work on the model, i have to sit for an hour whilst it refreshes the whole model.
I am not interested in incremental refresh in the service, just the desktop model

As far as I know, incremental refresh is configured in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service will define the policy and work after refresh.
For refernece: Incremental refresh and real-time data for datasets
Supported plans
Incremental refresh is supported for Power BI Premium, Premium per user, Power BI Pro, and Power BI Embedded datasets.
Getting the latest data in real time with DirectQuery is only supported for Power BI Premium, Premium per user, and Power BI Embedded datasets.
