Deriving Country Names from Country Codes?

Hi,

I am trying to create a map chart using the counrty codes in my table, however they're incorrectly getting represented on the map.

Data in my table is in this format:

But when I simply use "Geography" column on the map chart, it doesn't show countries on the right spot on the map.

E.g. Clearly, India ia marked on the wrong spot. Similarly, AU is not marked in AU etc..

What could I be missing?
