    Hi govind_021 ,

    It's not possible to deploy items in different folders within same workspace.
    Whenever you deploy items from one stage to another, a new workspace will automatically get created.

govind_021 - Folders in a Power BI workspace cannot function as deployment stages in the way Dev/Test/Prod environments do.

govind_021 - Power BI Service provides Deployment Pipelines specifically for your use case.
Or If you still want a “single workspace” .You can simulate stages with:

  1. Naming conventions
  2. Parameters for data sources
  3. Manual access control

But this is fragile and not supported as a deployment strategy.Use this only for very small or personal projects.
