Hi,
Is it possible to delete measures in bulk?
To elaborate, I have inherited a PBIX with horrible data modelling and horrific measures that affects the performance.
Now, I have modified the whole thing on the existing PBIX and want to delete all the measures that previously existed , more than 200.
Now, while deleteing I am trying to find out an efficient way of doing it, rather than choosing them one by one and deleteing them one by one. Currently I can choose one and delete before moving on to the next one and so on. Ideally I want to be able to select all of them and delete all of them at once.
If someone has knows how to delete measures in bulk would be great if you can please share.
Thank you in advance.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Go to the modeling tab of Power BI. There you can multi-select measures, right-click, and delete from model.
DAX is for Analysis. Power Query is for Data Modeling

MCSA: BI ReportingIf you go into the model view you can CTRL + Click multiple measures then delete them all at once.
