Delete row if ID appears in complete status

Hi, I want to show how many issue ID are in total but ignore the ID if it has another record of complete status.


total should be

complete = 2

issue = 1

@Hamzz ,  Create measures like

 

Count of Complete = calculate(Count(Table[ID]), Filter(allselected(Table), Table[ID] = Max(Table[ID]) && Table[Status] ="Completed") )

 

COunt Without complete = Countx(Values(Table[ID]), If(Isblank([Count of Complete]) , [ID], Blank() ) )
