Delete empty leaves from matrix row hierarchy

HI,

I am trying to map origanization hierarchy in matrix and assign distribution of hours worked. But since levels in hierarchy is dynamic, its showig empty leaves in few cases. Please guide as how can i get rid of these empty leaves.
