Definitive Logic Advanced Gantt Chart: Data display problems in the chart

Hi all!

I tried to create Definitive Logic Advanced Gantt Chart chart within an existing report but unfortunately we can not enter the field related to the date and consequently the chart does not populate. I can’t understand why because if I try to create this type of chart on any other PBIX file I can. So, I make the chart on a new report, entering all the necessary info, and then paste it into the existing report.

There is an anomaly. The day before I downloaded the chart from server and populates the chart until current year even if there are later dates, while if I replicate the chart to another file downloaded from server the next day, it also shows future years.

Does anyone understand the same problem? this chart can give problems in presence of many data?

    Ensure that the date fields are of Date type, not text, and verify that there are no issues with data relationships or filters affecting the fields.

    Check for any hidden date filters or slicers that might limit the date range. Also, verify that the dataset includes future dates and ensure proper data refresh if you're using a live connection.
