Defining comparison periods dynamically

Hello all,

I'm quite new to Power BI and looking for some advice.

In a report I am working on, I would like to allow the users to decide whether they want to compare the latest period (of 4 weeks) to the previous one (example: year 2019 period 5 compared to year 2019 period 4) or to the same period in the previous year (example: year 2019 period 5 compared to year 2018 period 5). Preferably through a single parameter. Is something like this at all possible?

Happy for any hint as to how to proceed!
