Right now, the only way to do what you're trying to do is to set each slicer's interaction with each visual manually using the "Edit Interactions" button and selecting either No Interaction, Partial Interaction, or Full Filter (as applicable) for each visual (includes any other slicers also).

Community ChampionThis functionality does not exist to my knowledge, page level fiilters are probably your best bet you'd have to have your areas on 2 pages.
