Default values in date slicer

Hello everybody,

I have a question. Is it possible to set default value today on date slicer? So when I opet report date slicer should be between today and 31.12.2018. I have been researching for a while before I decided to post question on forum and all I found was old threads saying this couldn't be achived yet. Maybe something changed :)
