Default Selection After selecting one

Need one default selection value after selecting other in Slicer Like IF i select 1 the tabel should show 1 value along with 2 as 2 if my Default

See My Default selection should be Central  if i select other Region 

Even if i wont select Central if i select East my  Table should Show East Value Along with my Central Value Because Central is my Default Selection

Only Default Setting Working before am Selecting Any Other Options If i Select Default will get Unselect And its showing only Selected Items

Always you have to press & hold Ctrl for multiple selection
In the slicer visual, top right side corner, there are button to reset.
