Hi,
I would like to know if there is a way to have default Page design like having company Logo defaulted in PowerBI Desktop new Page. I know we have custom Theme option but that is using Json to have default color options for Charts.
Appreciate Help
Thanks,
Raj
Hi @vickyprudhvi,
If you want to have a default page with your custom design, I suggest you could create a template pbit file. This feature allows users to export a Power BI Desktop report as a template (PBIT file), which can be instantiated as a new Power BI Desktop report (PBIX file).
A Power BI Report template includes pretty much everything that a Report file includes, with the exception of the data itself.
In order to Export a Power BI Template, users can click “File –> Export –> Power BI Template” from the main Power BI Desktop window.
For reference, you could have a look at this blog.
Best regards,
Cherry
Hi @v-piga-msft,
Thank you for reply. I did try PowerBI Template but once users click on + icon for new page then it create new blank page without company logo or design. I would like the company logo or design to repeat on every new page user wants to create automatically
Hi @vickyprudhvi,

This feature you mentioned is not supported in Power BI Desktop currently.
For the workaround, I suggest you could create a page with your company logo or design, then if you need add a new page, you could duplicate the page you created before.
In addition, you could post you new idea in Power BI idea Forum and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
Best Regards,
Cherry
Hi @vickyprudhvi,
I was wondering, is this function available now in PowerBI Desktop?
If it is, how can I access it?
Kind regards,
Alessandra
You can design a Layout (in PowerPoint for example) that contains the icons you need, save it as a picture and define it as your Page Background, as a workround.
