Default Manager Slicer using USERPRINCIPALNAME()
Hi All,
I have a Manager Slicer in my report, and I want each manager to see their own data by default when they log in to Power BI Service. However, they should also have the option to view others' data if needed. I have the Manager Name and Manager Email ID in the same table.

"I have multiple visuals and multiple slicers in my Power BI report. One of the slicers is for managers, and I also have managers' emails. What I want is for the manager to see their data filtered by default when viewing the report in Power BI Service, but also have the option to choose to see others' data." - AnonymousNot applicable
Hi Anonymous ,
Thanks for rajendraongole1 reply.
According to your description, your goal is to make the default view of the administrator be the administrator's data, but also see other people's data. So, you can try to use the App function in power bi service, you can set up the administrator page and the general user page, for different roles you can give different page permissions.
