You can switch on the option " Don't allow the end user to save filters on this report." from the desktop/service, and it will always keep the selections the report published with.

There is no option to save drill mode, only the hierarchy level/filters/slicers.If my answer was helpful please give me a Kudos and accept as a Solution.

I watched your video but what I'm asking is for the "Drill Mode: ON" to stay toggled on. In yours, you still have to toggle that on to do so appropriately.
