In Decomposition tree condition formation i need to change color based on 1 column value .
If it is fail then its parent also should be in red....

It seems to be impossible to reproduce that the formula you created is judged by a specific filter condition (a certain value under a branch, to be precise). It cannot have an effect on its parent node.
Also what application scenario are you trying to implement, and can you provide more information, such as test data, etc.?

Example : Student had 5 subjects and failed in 2 subjects ..That student subject and result should be in Red if fail else in green ..
