If I want to display millions in a custom format, I can specify "#,##0,," but how do I display the first decimal place?
Even if I specify "#,##0.0,,", it will be displayed as "12,345,678.0,," which is not correct.

In this case, place the decimal placeholder ".0" after the two commas:
"#,##0,,.0"
