December, 2023 Power BI Updates

Good day once again. I have just gone through the December 2023 Power BI updates video...once. Intriguing and interesting.
I am using the November 2023 version of Power BI Desktop. I could not see the new feature on the left of the Data pane, i.e. the formatting feature.

Do I have to update/upgrade the Power BI Desktop currently in my computer to have access to these new features. If "Yes", how do I go about updating/upgrading my 2023 November Power BI Desktop?
