Dealing with Measures Total [Help needed]

Currently, this is what I have for my project.

I have a table (Measures(2)) which contains all the measures for this project.

I have this measure named "Actual Time" which compares the higher value between column IW49 Actual Time and CN47N Actual time in table ENGG VW TRM and divide it by the Equipment.

The Matrix visualization is Filtered as per show. With Op No undeRows, Equipment under Columns and 'Actual Time' measure under Values.

I want the "total" to be display for each row and each column, but is not what expect because Power BI actually sum the measure 'Actual time' up and give me the total, but is not the total for that row/column.

Is there a way to work around this

Help appreciated !

It is hard to say without seeing the model, you might need to change the measures, maybe to columns before creating the expected sum. Please create a short sample of your model just with a few rows, and share the pbix including the measures you created. So we can test out.
