Hello All,
Can anyone please provide me the DAX formula for calculating Adverse Impact? For example, I want to calculate Adverse Impact on Gender, and population of Employees here is divided into 5 categories based on their performance(1,2,3,4,5), where 1 being the highest. What we want to calculate is that whether the Employee's Gender influences the decision of deciding an Employee's performance category. The DAX should respond to any filters selected.
A simplified example would be better. You may take a look at link below first.
