Dax expression

For a column you can do something like:
CriticizedPD11_15 = VAR _PDGrade = 'percent'[PDGrade] RETURN IF( _PDGrade >= 199 && _PDGrade <= 205, 'percent'[YourRanking], BLANK() )

FILTER(
'percent',
'percent'[PDGrade] >= 11
&& 'percent'[PDGrade] >= 15

) --- this is still throwing errors. Do you know why?

The goal is to create a column that only showes rankings that are 11- 15 for a specific asset type. ex permanent exposure showes x% of the portfolio 11 - 15.
