Dax expression to create static content on card using slicer

According to your needs, you can try the "Edit interaction" function in the Format window of the desktop. When I select the card marked 2 to not interact, when the slicer is filtered, the card marked 2 is always displayed as a fixed value. And the card marked as 1 will change with the change of the slicer.

Resident Rockstaryou will need to give more details, its too undefinied what you explain, basically you could do a measure with dax using filter or calculate accoding to your need to get the exact result you looking in the measure as if it was filtered with a slicer,
suppose we are having two options on the slicer i.e., marks and grades. When we select marks visual card reflects the total number of marks, when we select grades it shows the grade. I want marks to be displayed on the visual card irrespective of the selection done on the slicer.

another option, go to edit interaction, make all slicer not to change that card, and on the filter pane for that card select the filters values as you need them to stay static,
