Can I use the Dax Studio to monitor how long does it take a particular file to load into Power BI DeskTop or I need a third-party tool?

you can use the internal Query Diagnostics of Power Query.

Thanks This looks like a performance test of the query but I wanted to know how long it takes PBI to load the table from server to desktop
