Dax Studio Dump filters

I have created a tooltip to show Dump Filters based on this article. This is a very nice feature. 

I am having one issue here., When I have Filter on Column1 for NOT in value1 and included as a page filter, this Dump Filter logic starts showing all the other values (hard if the column1 has 100 values) instead of showing Column1 <> value1. Can someone please suggest a logic to modify this?
