Dax Power BI lab?

I want to learn Dax and Power Bi.  Does anyone know of a technet virtual lab for doing this?  Perhaps a VM I could  use with Virtual box or docker?

Why don't you just use the free power bi desktop.  If you need the service, get a free account there too
