Dax Measures from Datamart available with SQLEndpoint + Import

My organisation has a Datamart setup in the Power BI online Sevice that includes DAX measures.

DAX measures are usually accessed via the Power BI desktop application using a "live connection" to the Datamart. Users are very happy with this functionality.

A Power BI user wants to create a report using the "SQL endpoint" + "import" connection settings. He was happy to see that the model and tables appear correctly.  The issue is that the DAX measures that are in the Datamart are not displaying properly with the "import" connection.  The name of the measure is displayed with "Column1" and no value are reported when used in a report.

Does anybody have some experience with a workaround for having the measure available in "import" to Power BI users that are used to seeing the measure in "Iive connection"

Thanks for your help

@maggagnon , In case of import mode using SQL Endpoint the measure will not work. Actually it should not be shown.

Thank you and you are correct. Do you know of any workaround to make the measures available?
