Hello everyone, please I need a help, I want to add a new column "Column 4" in front of each row I habe to see the value of the column Title, As you can see below I need to add the column4 "each Departme has one title", I have tried to add a column with lookupvalue (if blank) but it's not working.

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

It is for creating a new column.
