Dax Filter current and previous months

Hello,

I created a Dax forumal as "

IsCurrentMonth = IF(YEAR(CAL[Date])=YEAR(TODAY()) && MONTH(CAL[Date])= MONTH(TODAY()),"Current", "Previous")"

 and when I Choose "Select All" or "Current Month" or "Previous Month", the Dates calander bleow changes accordingly.

But If I Choose the Date Jan in the Calander filter and when I want to go to Current Month,  I will be choosing the "Current Month" Slicer. This time, the calander filters only from 1st to 31st Jan. But it has to show the data for Current Month which is March.

Ok, what is your question ? Is your "current month slicer" fed from a disconnected table?
