My PowerBi bookmarks only works when I select all visuals. If I use selected visual and update but the bookmarks will not work? I open blank powerbi report and the problem continues.

Regarding your question, if you have selected 'Selected visuals', please update the bookmarks after selecting the appropriate visual object.
