    Anonymous Maybe:

    Column = 
    VAR __Table = { [Column3], [Column4], [Column5], [Column6] }
RETURN
    COUNTROWS(FILTER(__Table,[Value]<>BLANK()))/4

    Might consider unpivoting your date columns.
