@fhill I've figured it out now. Thanks! I created a formula and sorted it by the formula in my table:
YearMonthInt = 'Case'[Year]*100 + 'Case'[Month Number]
Under modeling, what's the Data Type of your 'Month & Year' measure? If it's Text, have you tried chaning it to a date format?
