I am creating a Smart Narrative from scratch using a text box as follows:
I need the narrative give the dates between average daily sales calculation as circled above. How can the dates be generated using DAX. I tried the following for the first date:
but this does not give the first date, it gives the selected value date in the graph instead of the start date in the graph series which is 01/01/2007.
Kindly assist,
Chris

To get the first and last date within the graph :
First Date = Calculate(min(factdate(date), allselected(factdate(date))
Last Date = Calculate(max(factdate(date), allselected(factdate(date))

Hi Fowmy
I had to change the above to "ALL" instead of "ALLSELECTED" as "ALLSELECTED" gave date value changes in my tool tip with changes in Dates in my graph
Thank you very much Fowmy, that worked like magic.
Best regards,
Chris
