DateTime for coming Wednesday in PowerQuery Excel

I'm new to using Power Query, its really outside of the scope of work I do. I however have a need to get a query on a Date/Time field that when run, looks at a date range of Upcoming Wednesday 9:15:00AM to the following Wednesday 9:14:59 AM. Can anyone help?
