DateDiff with several line based on status

Hello dear community,

I have a question. I have a problem with the Datediff calculation.
Let me explain.
The file with the data is in the message.
Every day I have orders that go through several status (Received, In progress and Delivered if its ok if not we have queued or Error).
I would like to have a table that calculates the time from the reception to the last step.
But since I'm going through several steps and therefore several lines, I confess I'm a bit lost.
You will find the result I want on the Excel file.
As soon as I have this table, the purpose is to show an average of the different times.
