DateDiff with a BLANK value

Try with this calc column:

 

Difference in working Days =
VAR EndDate =
    IF ( Compliants[EndDate] = BLANK (), TODAY (), Compliants[EndDate] )
RETURN
    COUNTROWS (
        FILTER (
            CalendarTable,
            CalendarTable[IsWorkingDay] = 1
                && CalendarTable[Date] >= Compliants[StartDate]
                && CalendarTable[Date] <= EndDate
        )
    )
