Date table created data types set in power query cannot create relationship in the model

Can anyone provide guidence. I have created a data table in the model in powerquery and confirmed data types in the date table and in the 2 fact tables are date types. I cannot create a relationship ...

    Hi FelixElliott ,

     

    Thanks for the reply from Shravan133 , please allow me to provide another insight: 

     

    Check your display settings, especially if you're using a high DPI setting or multiple monitors. Sometimes UI elements may not render correctly if the scaling is set too high.

     

    If none of the above steps work, consider reinstalling the latest version of Power BI Desktop. This can fix issues caused by a corrupted installation. Download address: Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

     

    If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.

    HI changing the display settings on the computer fixed the problem.
