Did you publish that to PowerBI.com and view in a web browser? It looks like you're reviewing in Power BI Desktop. The date slicers work correctly in Power BI Desktop, it isn't until I publish to PowerBI.com that I have the issue.

Yes I feel the same problem with this, try contacting Power BI support for this.
