In my report, I sorted the date/time column in descending order. I noticed that it is mixing the dates up as I scrolled down further. Please see my screenshot for example

From your image, it seems that your data order is ascending. By my tests with part of your data, I cannot reproduce your issue.
If it is convenient, could you share some data sample with table format so that we could help further on it?
In addition, please check if you have install the latest version of power bi desktop.

@jburrelli its really hard to tell without seeing what you doing in the model. firstly what data type is your date set as?
