Hi all,
Why do null values still appear after I select a date range.
However, I can't just filter out null values from the table because it will affect the results when the slicer is not selected.
And similar situation happened when I use a slicer to select a price range.
Please help.
Best regards,
Duncan

Hi,
You will obviously get a null (since there is a blank in column 2 of your table)
Hi,
I got what you mean, but my point is how to remove the null when I using the slicer
as the null value is out of the selected date range.
Or would it be a way that slicer show blank to maximum value if the column contain null value.
If the slicer does not show blank but the result include blank, isnt it misleading?
Best
Duncan
Hi @DuncanYeah , hello Ashish_Mathur and lbendlin, thank you for your prompt reply!
Per my test, when the slicer is added for the first time, the blank values in the table show up and disappear when I drag from the start date in the slicer.
Please update to the latest version to check the results as when I open your pbix it says it is an earlier version.
Best regards,
Joyce

Hi Joyce,
Thx for your reply.
It true that the null value will disappear when drag from the start date in the slicer.
But I cannot control how the user use this date slicer.
Form the user point of view, no matter how he drag the slicer, there should not has any null value return. As the null value is not included in the date range.
Best Regards,
Duncan
