    Finally, you explained the full issue. Yes, it is a known issue (or how it works) if you are using field parameters, it doesn't retain the sort order. I would recommend using calculation groups to switch between measures (you will get the same result as FP) but it will retain the sort order. That is what you need to do.

Sorry, I wasn't fully explaining, I'm new to power BI, I will explore Calculation groups.  Thank you for your reply.
